Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the VibeSlate Terms of Service. It covers everything you upload, write, generate, record, export or share with the Service, whether you type the request yourself or accept one the editor suggests.

What is not allowed

• Sexual content. Nudity, pornography, and sexually explicit or sexually suggestive images, video, audio or text (NSFW), including requests framed as artistic, "uncensored", "unfiltered" or "18+". Any sexual content involving minors is forbidden and is reported to the authorities.

• Deepfakes and face manipulation. Face swaps, putting a real person's face, body or voice into content they did not take part in, and impersonating a person or organisation.

• Violence and hate. Content that threatens, harasses or promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or discrimination against people for who they are.

• Illegal content. Anything that breaks the law or someone else's rights, including copyright infringement and media ripped from other platforms against their terms.

• Deception and fraud. Scams, fake reviews or testimonials, fraudulent ads, and fabricated news or evidence presented as real.

• Other people's data. Recording or processing personal data you have no right to use, including biometric or voice data, and capturing credentials or private content.

• Abusing the Service. Getting around its content checks, limits or credit accounting.

How we enforce it

We may review content, refuse or stop a request, remove content, suspend or close an account, and report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

Reporting

Report content that breaks this policy to [email protected]. A person replies within three business days.
